They all cry about that same chit. Only difference is the rest of the field doesn't get it blasted live during the race like the top guys do.
Do yourself a favor and go listen to the team radios during the race. You won't find one single driver that doesn't bicker about all the same stuff.
They're the best drivers on the planet who want to win and are generally speaking spoiled to some extent or another. It is what it is.

Imagine complaining about world class athletes in one of the most stressful sports out there reacting emotional in the moment. Also LOL @ not knowing how the virtual safety car deltas work. Verstappen didn't close a four second gap during one yellow flag. He was about 1,5 seconds behind before the VSC and maybe 0,8 seconds when the VSC ended. Which can easily be explained by him reacting faster to the safety car notifications.

LOL I bet at the end of the day money still talks...
Formula 1 drivers to ask for more input over where sport races after Saudi Arabia drama
Formula One’s drivers are preparing to ask for more input over where the sport races in future.
A number of drivers did not want to continue with the Saudi Arabian GP race weekend after Friday’s missile attack just seven miles from the Jeddah circuit.
The incident is said to have accelerated a desire from the drivers to discuss having more influence on the sport’s policy.
As Sky Sports News reported on Monday, the drivers are set for meetings with F1 bosses following the events of the weekend.
On the agenda will be the militant attack on the nearby Aramco oil facility.

So like I said - Do yourself a favor and go listen to the team radios during the race. You won't find one single driver that doesn't bicker about all the same stuff.
I'm not talking about just what they air during the races. You realize that's like 1% of the actual chatter going on during the races, right? lmao
No, go and listen to an entire race radio convo one team at a time.
I'll wait so you can come back and tell me I'm right. Your precious Crymilton, LeClerc - every single one of them whine and cry about all the same stuff throughout the races.

Super stoked about this. Primarily because I can be there in an hour. I will be excited to see if this can top the COTA experience.
Is the Miami circuit still happening? Stoked that the silly Netflix show has turned this into a sport that America cares about now. It sure hits the wallet hard now though.

Now they just need to find a US driver capable of winning races...
Is F1 now the fastest growing sport in America?
The announcement of a street race in Las Vegas in November 2023 will only enhance the series' growing popularity in the U.S.

They're calling it the Netflix effect. I was at COTA the year before Drive to Survive was released. There were something like 250,000 participants and it was PACKED. Then the show came out and the next season had something like over 450,000 attend.
Formula 1 has never been kind to American drivers. Michael Andretti got absolutely fuked on his attempt to drive.Last edited by shmobin; 04-01-2022 at 09:28 AM.

Bad timing and circumstances. Plus having Senna and Hakkinen as teammate and test driver respectively didn't help.
