I've slowly been piling on more weight over the past few years. So, to lose it, I started haphazardly tracking calories two months ago. It hasn't been working since I was lazy about it and losing fat without exercise doesn't seem like the great idea I thought it was, since being sedentary makes me feel like crap.
I'm going to start working out and continue tracking so I can lose these 20 pounds and I'm hoping it'll take me 3-6 months, realistically maybe even longer.

-Upped Protein. Didn't workout today because I'm stressed about something in my life. Hoping I can get back to it after tomorrow. Going to update my logs as once a week from now on, so I can see bigger differences and log more comprehensively. Glad the water weight has dropped off lately.
Been sick recently but that's an excuse for how I haven't been working out, I'm so lazy damn it. Going to start working out again tomorrow.
Weight: 125.8
Exams are kicking my ass lately and I've been stress eating, ****ing hell. Going to go back to daily updates after this week, only accountability kicks my ass into gear.
Weight: 127
I've stopped calorie tracking since last time and I've only been doing cardio recently. I have trouble staying consistent, but I'm going to stop making excuses and get back on track for April.
I pretty much quit for the last two months but lately I've been feeling really **** and having minor health problems constantly so I'm going to get back on track.
