Does anyone know why, after a good workout, 2 - 3 hours later I get very, very tired? Not tired from workout fatigue; but like I just need to go to sleep! I can't keep my eyes open, and I start work at 3pm in that condition. The extreme tiredness can last for hours, it has even lasted all day. Very discouraging!

I have to sleep after working out too, just not right away, most days about 16 hours later
