i've been distancing for the past two years on the misc wat did i miss? the forum navigation looks more awkward than normal and some of the misc lingo has changed. can anyone give me cliff notes?

First of all, I will give you an old school welcome to the misc. Negged.
What has changed?
- The internet arbiter has infiltrated the misc, now it's hidden (completely dissapeared) from search engines, and the mods are a bunch of pajeets that run shill accounts that keep posting pro-vaxx and pro-dem stuff, they never become red because mods keep inflating their reps.
- Our word ****gggot has been censored.
