Side topic, but do you know what is the worst existential thought for me?
Not that suicide is an option. But rather, that I'd be incapable of actually committing suicide.
The reality that "going forward is all there is", is the toughest thought to swallow.

The only way I deal with it is by going into nature and doing the Wim Hof Method (cold therapy, winter swimming in ocean).
When I swim into the ice cold ocean, all alone, I feel free. You have no idea how empowering it is.
All the bull**** in society is gone. Only the present moment is there.

One of my friend's dad killed himself, and then his brother did as well. He was depressed for a long time, but now he's super happy and tells people his story to motivate others that it IS very possible to get out of that mindset. Just don't give up, try different things - it may not come right away but eventually it will.
