Nah dude it's a bigger ovearching diversity agenda to cater to a minority. For all my life, the vast majority of LOTR fans have just been regular white people.

Other evidence to this effect is how some companies cast black actors to play ancient Greek or Roman figures. It's not like "everyone who likes Roman/Greek history" are SJWs. It's an agenda of pandering.
