    Varicrose Veins

    Anyone any experience with varicrose veins specifically wether or not you should lift heavy with them?

    Have a nasty one on my kneecap and notice after deadlifting it seems to swell, the advice online is very conflicting from dont lift at all, to its ok to lift with compression sleeves/socks, to its nothing to worry about if no pain, dull aches etc.
