I think some older women get upset when they see an older guy trying to talk to a younger women/girl, however I never met an older man who ever got upset if an older women was trying to talk to a younger guy.

Some 50 year old's look 50, others look much younger depending on their body, hair color, and look or overall style.
It can be quite fun.

I think it also depends on how you carry yourself, I myself find folks my age boring and I basically have nothing in common with them. If I go out with a younger crowd I have mad fun and wind up staying out till 3 4 5 in the AM, but once I get invited to an event and it is folks my age I feel out of place and typically leave early and go find my younger friends lol

I have trained for strength for most of my lifting career, I was skinny 180# no muscle mass lifting heavy stuff.

In my county in Florida we have a dozen outdoor gyms. With sunglasses on and shirt off, I look younger and collect numbers all the time, but 30 is about as young as I would go.

I was talking with this 31 year old and I said "you know i'm probably older than your dad"

Not only how you feel inside but how you feel overall, how you move, Example I am 57 I never take the elevator, I take the stairs. When I take the stairs I never walk up or down, I just run up or down the stairs I don't know why I just do. When I walk to the store (here in NY there a store in every corner lol) I walk really fast, hate freaking people who walk real slow, when I go to a club/bar and there is music on I am on the dance floor dancing my ass of and typically women (mostly young women) will dance with me. I don't know when old age will catch up to me, but its not here yet and I count my blessings.

When I went to Texas to meet Bill (damn I forgot his screenname) and OS, we went to a bar with music and a pool table. I was dancing like crazy and about 4 women came to dance with me. It wasn't till the end of the night that OS said I was getting hate stares from the men in the bar. I guess they didn't have the balls to approach me.

That’s funny, I used to that chit when I went out, my wife would not approve of it, this was before we met. I had hair back then too, I bleached it blonde and wore skull caps, tight black shirts and python boots (met my wife wearing that outfit, but stoppped bleaching my hair).

I would get hate stares too, really those dudes just need to get on the floor and they’d have fun, because women just have fun dancing, they really don’t care if one sucks at dancing.

As long as he's not creepy about it it probably made her day. Complimenting someone doesn't mean a "hit on" automatically. Lol I remember when I was young (65) this smokin hot gym regular woman of 45 came up and said "Wow, you're in great shape" she made my day. We ended up being great friends.

I didn't think I was good at dancing however I was actually good looking dude in my younger days plus at that time I was a bodybuilder, this was my first 5 years lifting. I switched to strength purely at age 25 and it took about 2 years to loose my peaks and curves.

I coukdnt dance at all I used to go on the floor and start swinging my hips up onto the chicks and then they would starting dancing with me.

I was never intimated by you guys who could break it down, in fact my buddy would do splits and all chicks would be all over him for that. I would just move in and do my hip swinging stuff and throw some other stuff in the mix, I always ended up taking a girl to breakfast going out and getting their digits.

i know this thread has focused on the age gap depicted by the OP. however, i think there is a bigger issue with society in general thinking that it's never appropriate to shoot their shot. i guess the only time to go for it is through dating apps...

it's not creepy to compliment someone, or ask for their info, or try and strike up conversation to get to know them. it becomes creepy when you clearly let someone know that you have no interest and they keep trying and escalating.

as the third party, you are just assuming that she is creeped out. you don't know that, it's in your head. and if she is creeped out, then she can tell the guy to kick rocks.

I'm friends with a bikini competitor and my Wife was like why is this 21 year old blonde commenting on your posts? I was like "yes a 21 year old bikini competitor is hot for this 50 year old dad, got them crawling all over me." It doesn't happen often but in a weird way I was a little flattered just at the thought of her being jealous of someone like that.
