Hey everyone, Being young and stupid years ago I used jack3d minimum 2 scoops a day 5 days a week.
I heard from a body builder doing this burns out your adrenal glands. I’m sensitive to any stimulant now, caffeine etc. wondering if this has happened to anyone else and if there’s a way of recovering them? Maybe a supplement to take to help with itS

Just 2 scoops? Man, I was hitting 4+ scoops and stacking with OG Oxy Elite Pro... I miss those days.

I've used almost every pre-workout over the last 15 years, sometimes even mixing them.
Back in 2007 I used to mix a scoop of N.O Explode (before BSN got sued) into 1/2 an Endorush (look it up) and go HAM for 2 hours at the gym. As I've gotten older (36 now) I've moved away from pre-workouts and once my body adjusted, it's been fine. My workouts haven't suffered, I sleep better, my blood pressure has gone down, I recover better and I don't push myself harder than I should.
If I literally don't have the natural energy to go lift/cardio for an hour, why would I ingest something that is going to force my body beyond what it's capable of? If you're already sore/tired/drained, that's your body telling you that you shouldn't push it and if you down 300mg of caffeine along with whatever else is in there you're just going to deplete yourself even more and be worse off tomorrow.
