So, ive been wanting to start gym for few months now and finally i can start but im thinking should i do a little bit of cardio before weightlifting, i am 5.8, i weigh 130 lbs and im 15 years old. Im targeting to have athele-like body (low bodyfat etc.) so should i lose like few lbs or is it good to start and not to do the cardio.
also sorry for my bad english its not my main language.
