    Little help?

    So, ive been wanting to start gym for few months now and finally i can start but im thinking should i do a little bit of cardio before weightlifting, i am 5.8, i weigh 130 lbs and im 15 years old. Im targeting to have athele-like body (low bodyfat etc.) so should i lose like few lbs or is it good to start and not to do the cardio.
    also sorry for my bad english its not my main language.

    Gain some muscle first if you are 130lbs. If you try to lose weight from this point you'll just look smaller and prevent muscle growth from happening.

    You want to put on mass
    Cardio will make it harder and mean you will have to eat more

    I recommend using myfitnesspal app to help
    If you can integrate cardio and eat what you need great
