Muscle Feast - they don't care

Hi,

Bought from them a 5 lbs tub of Unflavored Hydrolyzed Whey which they market as being at 12-15% degree of hydrolysis.

As the protein didn't taste bitter at all I contacted them to only get from them the following answer : You are one of the fews that cannot feel the bitterness of this protein.

When I replied that my tastebuds where fine and that their protein was indeed not bitter at all questionning the degree of hydrolysis they didn't even care providing a response.

Will never do business again with them as they just don't seem to care about the quality of their protein.

Probably they will provide a 1 year old certificate that wouldn’t really mean anything.

They promised to come back with evidence 10 days ago, but nothing to this date

I bought a tub of their creatine a few months ago, found couple pieces of plastic inside. They were triangular shaped pieces, resembled pieces of credit card plastic.

Took pics emailed MF.

Crickets.

Won't buy any more from them.

Tried these :

- Ultra grade hydrolyzed whey from protein factory
- ultra grade hydrolyzed whey from truenutrition
- peptopro

- hydrolysed whey from myprotein

They all tested bitter to extremely bitter, except the myprotein which tastes like regular whey as the degree of hydrolysis is only 4% (but myprotein is honest about it and disclose the number when you ask them)

Muscle feast on the opposite they lie to you.
