Smile Whey Protein vs Whey Protein Extreme (with added Vitamins & Minerals)

    Hi guys,

I have been lifting weights and consuming whey protein for several years now - so I am no stranger to this topic.

I buy my Whey Protein from a protein label called The Protein Works.

They have a new whey protein type called Whey Protein Extreme which is about 10% more expensive (but budget is absolutely no issue).

In addition to normal whey protein, this new protein sort also contains the following things per scoop (1 scoop= 35 grams):

    Calcium: 120 mg
    Vitamin C: 12 mg
    Vitamin B5: 1 mg
    Vitamin B6: 0.25 mg
    Vitamin B9: 35 mg
    Vitamin B12: 0.44 mg
DigeZyme: (Amylase, Protease, Cellulase, Beta-D-Galactosidase, Lipase)

Is there any downside in taking this Vitamin & Minerals fortified-whey protein? (Like I already said, budget is no issue)

Like is there a downside if I exceed my daily vitamin and mineral requirements?

I typically consume 3-5 scoops of protein daily.

I also consume lots of lean meat and eggs (which already covers all sorts of Vitamin B derivates)

Just want to know your opinions on this.

    Thank you.
