Childhood dream come true brahs.
First game I bought was Mariokart. My second choice is goldeneye 007. I never had one as a kid, so I only remember a few games I played.
Open to any great game recommendations.
Originals are hard to find here but I've seen these chinese reproductions;
Has anyone played one of these? 340 games in one, is it legit?

no experience with these knock-off cartridges but N64 emulation still isn't perfect
don't know the details but apparently it's a pretty complicated system to emulate properly
there are a lot of gems that are way overpriced if you want a real copy (f.e. Conkers Bad Fur Day)
one that is cheap and one of the absolute GOAT is Wave Race, it also aged really well (unlike Goldeneye... sorry brah)+++ miscin' at work crew +++

I'm not sure how they could fit 340 games on that kind of storage cartridge
You have to play Zelda OoT; the ultimate adventure
And yeah try to find one of those red "expansion pack" cartridges, if I remember right it gives you a whopping 8mb of RAM*Tolerance is the lube that slides the dildo of dysfunction into the ass of civilized society*

Thanks for your input everybody
I think I might and report back.
I'm not sure. Heres a pic of the slot, can you tell by looking at it?
There is also a card in the controller, I think thats for saving games?
Thanks for the offer Snails! But I don't think they would work. My console is the european PAL format and american consoles are NTSC if I remember correctly?

yeah that's a Jumper Pack, the Expansion Pack is red on top and completely fills the opening
this means you can't play Donkey Kong, Majora or Perfect Dark
and the card in the controller is the Controller Pak which is used by certain games to save
a lot of N64 games still save on the cartridge though so these work with a battery of which the lifespan is getting quite critical since they're mostly 20+ yo by now...
yep N64 is region locked so you can only play PAL games
this means they run at 50Hz, so slower than 60Hz NTSC
on the plus side you might have the option to hook it up through SCART, which offers the best picture quality? not sure if they have SCART in Australia though....?+++ miscin' at work crew +++

Ah man, I don't want that obviously. Have you seen this happen first hand?
Some of the modern copies of games - Zelda in particular - can't be found in PAL format, they all seem to be US NTSC version. So if I want to play them this multi cart seems like my only option. Unless I can find an original and pay through the nose..Damn
