Looking for any and all of y'alls favorite pre-hab excercises or general joint health excercises youve found that help you.
Getting back into lifting after a long hiatus, and dont have more than an hour to get in and out of the gym atm.
So the plan's to just get my big lifts in, and do what prehab/core work i can fit in in the remaining time.

I've done all kinds od stuff over the years...
All that seems to do anything for me like you describe is shoulder breakers and calf raises
Shoulder breakers cos they feel nice and let me get into tng right positions k all my ramp ups a little quicker than not doing them.
And Calf raises cos mine are tight and its easier to top move for lower work after them.
Anything else I've tried is Litterally just a little extra volume for whatever used.FMH crew - Couch.
