Been a little under the weather the last 2 days. Aches, pains, etc.Especially set up in the nerves of my back and neck..This video is about pushing through,if even just bare bones, quick and easy. Its about keeping yourself inspired and hopefully inspiring others along the way. Hope you get a good lil peptalk from it.

It's interesting that there isn't much of a consensus about working out while sick. Some say it's OK when the symptoms are above the neck, but I find out working out with a cold leads to sinus infections. It's very frustrating during cold (and now Covid/flu season).

Training is ok when under the weather it can even help you get better.
The key word is train, I would steer clear from the bodybuilding type workouts like all the volume on those days. Those high volume workouts only made things worse and don’t seem to help the immune system.
We should of all learned this in our younger days trying to train like Arnold in his encyclopedia of bodybuilding along with following those programs in Flex mag.
.....ooga on those days!
