I am opening this topic to share my training and nutrition Q & A for you guys. The wheelchair isn’t my only inconvenience when training, prep for a show, etc. I have Gulf War Syndrome and I am a type 2 diabetic. So lean gain and contest prep can be really interesting.
So fire away everyone.

I knew you were disabled. But I had no idea you were Natural Mr. Olympia in 2021. Wow. Awesome.
What an inspiration.
Do you ever, or have you ever been invited to talk to kids at school? I'm not sure if schools still do it. But I remember when guess speakers would often talk to kids to motivate and inspire them. You deserve this recognition. This above all..

That is a great question. Honestly, it has hindered I would guess 10-15%. It is much easier when you can squat, deadlift, and the variations thereof. It is because I can't do the synergistic lifts like squat or deadlift. However, at almost 47 I can say it is all about the maturity of the muscle. Care to chime in on that smokinal?*Cardinals, Blues, Chiefs, MLS *
