Does anyone order their prescription glasses online?

Yea. All my glasses are from zenni.com thanks to oldtimelifter who told me about it years ago here in the forums.

I authorize a lot of approvals for reimbursement for prescription safety glasses from zenni, so I’m guessing they are legit. Think of the overhead they are missing from retail stores on an already highly inflated product. No doubt there’s plenty of room to discount.

No glasses for me yet, so no personal experience ordering. My wife had to get glasses last year and got them locally, they were expensive but they do little frame tweaks as necessary for free, you will be missing out on that part.

Yeah that sounds about right for bifocals. I just got mine the first time but I forgot to put that feature with no line. However, I can't see the line at all and it doesn't bother me at all.

It's been a minute for me, but I got bifocals online and recall needing an additional measurement that wasn't on my prescription, the pupillary distance and height of your pupils. It cost me a couple of bucks extra to get that. Maybe things changed now.

I've gone through Frames Direct a couple times with good luck. You can sure get a nice pair of Oakleys for a lot cheaper...

The frames I get dirt cheap on Amazon are tight af. I put in the prescription details when adding it to my cart and what a pair normally cost I can get 5-7 pairs on Amazon. Cool huh?
