Question Shoulder rotations for rear delts

Hey i have a question. I have problem to feel rear delts with exercises like face pulls, rear delt rows etc., but today i tried "band shoulder rotation" i dont know exact name, but you holding band with underhand grip at the level of your belly button and you pulling apart. Its first exercise, where i feel burn in rear delts.

From what i saw, most people do this just as warm-up or as rehab exercise, also there is really small range of motion, but still i feel it in my rear delts, so i want to ask, if its possible to do this as normal rear delt exercise for mass ? Ty

Try standing band rear delt rows for sets of 20 with the band height somewhere between upper chest and neck.

What CB said. Keep your shoulders protracted as much as possible when you do them otherwise the back will dominate the movement.

Another good exercise is rear delt swings.
