all i have is dumbbells and my body, i was going to the gym before and have some experience, also build some muscle. so what do you think of this push workout(chest, triceps, shoulders)
warm up:
3 sets of regular pushups (last set is abosulety max)
after warmup:
incline pushups 3 sets
decline pushups 3 sets
shoulder press 3 sets
lateral raise 3 sets
diamond pushups 3 sets
dips( just for triceps)
i always go almost to failure sometime literally to failure. what would you change in this program

Going to failure is not ideal on a push pull legs style workout. esp because you are doing calisthenics I would make sure you leave a few reps in the tank. Also maybe having 4 different pushup variants is a bit hard on the chest. everything looking good make sure to also hit those rear delts on pull day when u train back to bring the whole shoulder out. You will make solid gains with this plan and some great strength gains
