    Life after Bariatric Surgery

    Greetings all.

My first time posting. I have recently had a gastric bypass and have only just started training again. I'm finding it really hard to consume more than 800 calories a day (honestly even getting to 800 is a struggle). I just wanted to know if anyone has also been through this and if it is possible to build after bariatric surgery?

    Thanks so much in advance.

    Richard

I know two people that had that surgery and 5 years later they are both just as big as they were prior to the surgery (if not bigger).

    So yeah, just takes time.
All it takes is consistency, effort, proper nutrition, good programming, and TIME.

Don't be upset with the results you didn't get from the work you did not do.
