Are My Weekly Weigh-In Averages Correct?

    22 Male

I've been bulking for 2-3 years now and put on some solid size but now it's time to cut as I'm decently overweight. I was bulking at 3400/3500 calories, did a maintenance week around Christmas at 3000/3100 calories, and then Jan 1st started my cut and dropped to 2500 calories. I've weighed myself every day since then and here are my weigh ins:

    2022 CUT WEIGHT
    1/3 208.2 MONDAY START
    1/4 208
    1/5 207.4
    1/6 205.8
    1/7 205.0
    1/8 204.4
    1/9 204.8
    1/10 207.4 MONDAY AVERAGE = 206.4
    1/11 206.0
    1/12 204.2
    1/13 205.6
    1/14 204.8
    1/15 203.6
    1/16 204.2
    1/17 MONDAY
    1/18

    My main concerns are:

    1. Am I losing fat at a healthy rate, I don't want to lose too quickly and risk losing my muscles

    2. Am I going to need to drop calories in the coming weeks if I start to plateau?

    3. Am I doing this right?

Note. All measurements were taken first thing in the morning with no water no food. The big drop at the first week from 209-205 was just food/poop in my intestines since I had started eating much less volume of food.

It looks about right however I'd give it a little more time. Starting to plateau can just be homeostatic water retention. If you drop 100 calories a day every time you lose 10 lbs you usually wont stall out of fatloss.
If you don't get what you want you didn't want it bad enough

It's fine, if you include the first few days (which will include a lot of water weight), it looks like 1.7 lbs per week. If you remove the first few days, it looks just under 1lb which is fine. Keep going and if it drops too much under 1lb a week, I would increase your deficit by 200 or so.
