    New review of nutrition for high level sports competitions

    Just read the abstract & conclusion since you know my brain can't handle too much reading, but isn't this the whole idea behind OJ and other fruit juice, since they're going to be superior to purely nutritional strategies?

    If a top-tier athlete is looking for (or needs) an edge in performance, it's hard not to be pulled in that direction.

    Regardless of fruit juice, if there is still an additional advantage to be gained with nutritional peaking strategies I imagine the top athletes would go for them too. Also not sure how much fruit juice can be consumed the day of or just before a competition without having significant diarrhea.

    Definitely agree athletes will try every advantage they can, just tough to limit yourself when the next guy is doing something else. Not knocking it, totally understand it in terms of pro sports, Olympic competition and endorsements.

    I changed my whole post accordingly. As an side, "toddler's diarrhea" is when toddlers drink too much juice and have diarrhea as a result.

    I captained a sporting clays team to an annual event. Sporting clays is where you shoot shotguns at clay pigeons from different stations with a very short window to make the shot. I fed everyone bronchodialators on the drive to the event. Our team won the competition, and I had the top score of all the participants.
    Furnished rental houses in Coffeyvile Kansas for traveling worker. All bils paid. Ful kitchens. Washer and dryer. Weekly rates. Crud oil refinery, fertilizer plant, renewable fuel and soybean plant contractors. Welders, fiters, boilermakers, electricians and inspectors.
