So what i mean by this is lets say i missed today since i was out of town all day, and today i had to do back and biceps, and tomorrow i have chest and shoulders, can i do both workouts on the same day even if i stay more time? or will it be too much? Im trying to go hard and not miss anything as much as i can but life gets in the way lmao

I would still keep them on separate days so you can really pound each bodypart. If you add them together, it's just too much volume to do in 1 session. Skip a rest day or something to get your days back on track if you need to.
