My air-fryer.
Just got it for Christmas after realizing that ordering dinner online to be delivered by acrobats on 2-wheeled projectiles 5 nights a week was sub-optimal.
So far I'm loving what's getting blow-cooked in this thing, but I'm now ready to open my soul to the full universe of blow-cook food possibilities.
So, whatchu all cook in these things and please lay down the details and recipes!
My test must be dropping to be interested in this chit. cotdamnit!

We bought one about 10 years ago one summer when I wanted to quit heating up the whole house just so that we could bake two chicken breasts in the oven. It cooks faster, better, and juicier.
They're inexpensive but they're not all that well made. We're on our fifth one, and my son is cooking his late dinner now immediately after my 7a-7p RN wife just got home and cooked her dinner in it. Ours are used daily.
Oh, and you have to try reheating pizza in it. Delicious.Pull-Up PR: https://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=177233951

Haha! OS Brother Dude, U play rough, but it's clear there's a heart in there. Everyone here wants to improve themselves. That's common ground. I bet u and ID would get on like a house on fire if u met in person.
and I'm pretty sure that's bootlicking by some definition, but who gives a fuk.
Right on. Thanks for the info, Payton Dude. Much appreciated.
and please thank your wife on my behalf, for her dedication to caring for people. I've been to the ER 3 times this past week due to a family member mishap. All ER and critical care nurses are VIPs, IMHO.

I think this is the best use of these things. I'm pretty underwhelmed with ours. It does tater tots nicely but I was expecting a lot more, like crispy chicken wings and perfect fries, wings are mushy and the fries inconsistent (some burnt, some mushy.)
If anyone has recipes I'm in to give them a try.Don't put that on me Ricky Bobby, don't you ever put that on me.

I bought the cheapest one I could find on Amazon because I was skeptical, when this one croaks I am going all in on a better one..I purchased it to cook fish in a healthier way but I think the meal it makes the best is Shake and Bake pork chops. The fat is crispy and the chops juicy, they don't dry out like some other conventional cooking methods.

I had an air fryer last year and I wanted to cook some french fries in it to see how well it does.
Seemed like it took 3 whole damnation-to-hell fukking bite-me days to cook my damn potatoes When you're hungry and waited so long, but it's still not done.
I almost went insane.

That's horrible, Marky. anything longer than 30mins to cook a spud is downright barbaric. Our ancient ancestors cooked potatoes on open flame pits in prolly 30-45 mins. Nobody knows for sure, cuz they didn't have clocks back then. U sure u didn't get the solar power version, or maybe a hand crank model? My Phillips blower cooks frozen chicken breast in minutes. I'm digging this thing so much, I ordered a second unit. The XXL model. Praise God of Amazon.

I have this one
My wife wanted the damn thing so badly and we have used it 3 times in 2+ years. Honestly most of the time we forget about it even though it sits right on the countertop."You know that little thing in your head that keeps you from saying things you shouldn't? Yeah, well, I don't have one of those."

Who makes dinner there, Corbi?
If I don't make dinner, we'd be eating popcorn or celery. It's on me and I got no flow in the kitchen. I like eating good food, but that's where it ends. Add to that our oven is bust and I'm waiting on some materials for a full kitchen reno, so makes no sense replacing the oven now. Means I got a cooktop, microwave, and a toaster to heat food. This hot air blower thing is like a miracle from the heavens for my lame ass!

I don't have any recipes be we use ours a lot for frozen things, roasted veg (cauliflower turns out good), steak can be good in there. Homemade mozzarella sticks are good (string cheese, egg bath, bread crumbs). I just put stuff in there and turn it up to highest temp and shake it around every 10-15 minutes until it's cooked...
Instapot gets more use.
