Here's my contribution to the challenge since my physique is in the shiiter right now. Deadlift of #575 10 years apart. The video from 2011 (first video) is ridiculously grainy and shaky; had a lousy camera back then.

OS tried to bust my balls on deadlifting stating he would out deadlift me and I said, of course I am not into strength training but I will still accept your challenge if you compete against me in a full body pose down, fun times!

That guy used to try and get me to go with him to meets and I would have, but I just wasn't gonna wear one of those money suits that they make ya wear ...

The lift was clean and strong! Correct it would get reds due to the drop, but who cares? you got the weight!

Thanks! Forcusing on trying 565 tomorrow which would tie my PR from 14 years ago pre-injury, but 600 would definitely rock!

Nah, your physique is more aesthetically pleasing. Besides, I'm tipping the scale at about 240# right now at probably 20% bodyfat. I weighed 214# in my avi pic at 7% bodyfat. Already started cleaning up my diet, but it's going slowwwww.

P.s I have been in the gym but just havn't figured out how to get a selfy off my phone and onto here .

In the old days we did not feel the need to record every lift or constantly take pictures of ourselves. Nowadays you got lifters setting up a camera for every single rep and posting them on "social media."

Back in the day if you were going for a PR on Thursday you started charging your camera (yes camera) battery on Monday and it was a big deal to record that PR. Hell I guess you can even buy color film nowadays, times sure are changing.
