Started lifting last summer, been going hard 6 days a week for the last 6 months. Started off as a complete beginner to working out. I started off doing PPL 5v5s 6 days a week and a little over a month ago I started a 6 week program that was more pyramid scheme focused. You alternate upper body one day and lower body the next. I liked hitting legs 3x times a week part of the reason I chose it. This program is coming to a close and I am concerned that I did not use my time to the most of my abilities with this program.
My goals are to build strength in Bench Press, Squats and Deadlift.
Looking for some advice on where to go from here. If you have any recommendations on an organized program I can use that is good for me. Would be greatly appreciated.
