Add some seasoning of your choice, bake it, and then eat it cold the next day by itself. IMO it's refreshing, satisfying, convenient and obviously a jackpot of lean protein, not some kind of a boring chore to eat, or even something that needs to be doused in sauce to make tasty. Obviously it's a longstanding bro food, but I find it to be actually desirable, especially compared to some other "bro" foods, which to me, do feel kind of like a chore to eat, even if the nutrition makes it worthwhile.
What do you guys think?

I put chicken breast between two slices of wheat, oat or potato bread, a slice of American or cheddar….fast meal, portable, no need for utensils or microwave.
I don’t bother with any sauces so I don’t have to worry about getting mustard on my shirt or something ha ha."A new commandment I give to you, that you love one another, even as I have loved you, that you also love one another. The last time I had chicken breasts was probably in the 90's. Chicken thighs are another thing. I had grilled chicken thighs for something like 9 evenings in a row once.

I actually hate plain chicken, especially baked. I can’t stand the smell of it either. But this is why the bodybuilding gods created sauces, so the average person can stand the smell and taste. I mainly BBq it on the grill slathered in bbq sauce or some kind of teriyaki sauce or something. I will also eat it in a stir fry if the smell and taste is masked by soy sauce and sesame oil etc.

One of the foods we serve at this charity fundraising auction/banquet to benefit wild animals is chicken cordon bleu. That's pretty good. Chicken with cheese in a crust. We also serve a lot of beer. There were 1440 cans in the back of my truck. It didn't want to stop very well.

Get skin on, bone in breasts and cook with skin up. So much better than skinless, boneless. Pepper and garlic powder on the skin, slow cook for 1 hour at 325. Really moist and juicy. I live on that sh*t

Chicken smoothie FTW. Taste the revolution.
Honestly, eating chicken is a bit of a chore. That and fish are what I eat most of here, as I don't like pork, and beef is rare-ish and its quality is hit or miss (sometimes mostly tendon or mystery tissue, even bone ground up in it). The grocery stores and meat markets here have big open square steel vats of raw meat where you go and pick your pieces with tongs. Vegetarians run away screaming.Once upon a time (maxes 2020) ...

Some appetizing suggestions I haven't considered ITT... Will need to try.
Right, and I halfway anticipated this objection, but think the meaning would be understood in lieu of changing the title to "merely seasoned chicken breast" or something else that sounds kind of awkward.
I suppose then, plain in a caloric sense.Bench: 345

Canned chicken is "rib meat" if I remember correctly. That's pretty much chicken breast. It's boring. I have to jazz it up with some mustard, mayo and some hot sauce.
