Many of the experts on youtube say I should only drink grass fed milk. Due to lactose intolerance I am drinking oat milk. But i am having a hard time finding grass fed oatmilk. Anyone know of any brands?

You can try oat-fed oat milk instead. Same macros but with more glucan.
