I attached 2 pictures of me now. I am 233.1... I seem to hit a wall. Cardio is still a go to and weights.. I know over 40 things change but i get blood work 2 times a year and all is normal and good. Any added supps you suggest ? Looking to drop 33 more lbs

I'll be turning 42 in a few months...man, I didn't realize how much more difficult it is to get lean, and more importantly, maintain it...looks like you might want to lower your macros chief...I do OMAD as it fits my busy schedule and usually throw in some carb cycling when fat loss starts to lag.. there's no magic trick...stay active and regardless of what anyone says, you have to count calories..it sucks but after 40, things start getting a bit more difficult lol.
