On cable rows recently I've been noticing a bit of a twinge in my left shoulder, feeling like it comes from right within the joint. I use the "prism" v-bar, chest out back straight pulling with elbows. What am I doing wrong?
Probably just strained something and not giving it a chance to heal. I'd try different handles and if it all causes the same sensation then I'd take a week or two off from doing them.
