Hi all
Looking for some guidance on a new gym routine please.
Currently working on a 4 on 4 off 12hr shift basis so I'm going to the gym on my 4 days off, it's been years since I last went to the gym so I'm not sure what routine would work?
Chest triceps
Back bicep
Legs
Shoulders
Any advice at all?
