I'm eating as much as I possibly can and supplementing every way I can to get those numbers in..and tips on ways I can hit that goal without feeling so bloated and overwhelmed? 200g of protein is only 800 cals, if you want more protein at the same calorie level then eat less fats and/or carbs.
BTW, you probably don't need 200g of protein. All it takes is consistency, effort, proper nutrition, good programming, and TIME.
Don't be upset with the results you didn't get from the work you did not do.

Easy.
1 egg =6/7 G protein
1 oz chicken about the same
1 oz fish, turkey or beef similar
1 cup milk = 8 grams
1 slice cheese about 6 g
1 scoop whey about 30 grams.
Think 40-60 grams at a meal 4-5 times a day and youāre all set.
Example
4 eggs and 2 cups milkā¦.have two meals like that
6 oz chicken, slice of cheeseā¦have one or two meals like that (sandwiches or wraps)
Whey shake in water and milk
Steak or fish"A new commandment I give to you, that you love one another, even as I have loved you, that you also love one another. "By this all men will know that you are My disciples, if you have love for one another."

Could be the protein shakes making you feel bloated. Try cutting those out for a week and see if thereās a substantial difference in feeling bloated/full. If so it will be easy to replace the shakes with a regular food to make up for it. If not try giving your body a longer fasting window. Sounds counterintuitive, but when I was trying to stuff my face with as many calories as possible all day I ended up being miserable, but giving my digestive system a longer window without food makes it easier to get the needed calories in even if thereās a smaller timeframe to do it in.

Lol... This sounds like my kinda restaurant
Haha yeah I haven't been on here in a long time. Gym closures in my area were numerous (on our 4th closure at the moment) and long lasting so I haven't really trained since March 2020.
Sadly, I'm pretty fat and Hella out of shape. Just getting back into the swing of things. Nice to see someone remember me ķ ½ķø. Hope you're doing well.
Somehow... Years later... On spread lol..
