God I hate getting older. So freaking annoying. Can never just go into the gym feeling fine anymore /RANT
So basically I randomly tweaked my neck/back for the 1000th time a month ago. Typically this involves a sharp pain behind my right shoulder blade when I turn my head to the right. Its just something I deal with every now and then. In the past, this would slowly fade away over a week and i'd be fine. Lately, its been a MONTH of this and it still hasn't fully faded.
If I had waited this out, i'd be a month into zero lifting. So i've been going every week but lifting super light. What do I do here? just throw my hands up and stop for another few weeks?
I already have PT exercises for my neck/back that I can ramp up, I guess I could do those more. It's just so frustrating..
