Yeah Grouchy, I actually need to back off a tad, my quads are raw.
Thursday I went for faster pace-
Squat 205 x 25
Curls 81 x 21
Saturday-
Deads - 225 x 10, DOH, 245 x 5, DOH, 290 x 15 DOH
Clean and presses - 130 x 12, 6
front raises 45#bar x 15
Monday-
Squat 152 x 55 (took it easy)
Curls 71 x 27
Tuesday-
Floor press 130 x 20, 142 x 19
Skull crushers 55 x 23

ugh, just need to note some things, I don't recall the days anymore-
Deads 265 x 20 DOH (that's an all time best for DOH grip).
clean and presses for reps at 134.
squat - 132 x 70
Monday - Squat 206 x 27 (one breath between reps, kept it quick)
curls 92 x 17
