I'm aware I shouldn't really pay too much attention to the scale, but my waist size hasn't reduced much since my cut has begun. (Lost 7 lbs)(Not actually 52, teenage lifter)
I bulked up to 163 lbs, gaining a satisfactory amount of muscle but fat alongside. I decided to then start a cut, lowering my calories from 3000 to 2500. Hit a plateau, then went down to 2200, then 2000, then (what I'm currently at now) 1800. The issue is that from what I'm looking at now much progress isn't visible and I definitely don't want to lower the calories, especially considering how much exercise I'm doing.
I'm doing about 1hr and 50 mins worth of strength training (fairly intense) and 15 mins cardio (daily). This happens 6x a week, 1 rest day.
I've read some articles saying some individuals have gotten better results for cutting by upping their caloric intake, which I assume makes sense considering how low my caloric intake is alongside my session time. I'd like to get some secondhand opinions?

What dietary changes should I make for this plateau?

How tall are you and why are you cutting? Unless you're very overweight then there is zero reason for a teenager to be doing any type of weight loss.
All it takes is consistency, effort, proper nutrition, good programming, and TIME.
Don't be upset with the results you didn't get from the work you did not do.
