Suggestions for lifting tracking app that allows online workout editing?
I've been using the Strong App on Android and it's quite helpful for tracking progression.
However I like to cycle through workouts a lot ("mix things up") including changing rep/wght ranges, changing exercises, etc and I find myself frustrated trying to plan out a month's workouts on this small phone screen.
Yeah I'm the guy logging every set onto the phone.
So anyhow, anyone have a suggestion for an app that allows you to get on a PC and plan a month's workouts easily? Whether it's an app on the PC or web account based.
