Hi! Here I would like to talk about new ways of motivation through my own children. I have a daughter, Nicole. She is now 4 years old and I try to get her into sports from a young age, but I also buy her pretty things so she always knows that she looks good. For example, we recently bought her infant toddler girl shoes here as a reward for her efforts. But on a personal note, training with her and setting an example is a great motivator to never give up on sports. We often spend time together either working out or walking outdoors and she loves it. If you have similar stories too, I would love to read them!
