Currently, I only have access to 22.5lb dumbbells, and by doing all the regular exercises, I barely feel any pump in my chest at all. Does anyone know any other exercises, or any tips that would help me target my chest more?

You also have access to your entire bodyweight, and can modify pushups to exacerbate difficulty. I'd do pushups and flyes. IMO that dumbbell is not heavy enough for meaningful resistance with presses but you could do super high rep flyes with it.
Bench: 320
Squat: 375
Deadlift: 495
