Going well mate. I guess we're never truly happy but progress is progress. Eating around maintenance and strength going up again. Believe I can recomp rather than cut for the rest of this to get where I want. Want to be benching 220 for 10 while being lean and my other lifts to continue increasing. Trying to train legs best I can without a rack. Believe I can still put mass on with higher reps lower weight style training for them

Today's workout
Overhead press 1x12 @ 108lbs
1x7 @ 122lbs
Chin ups 1x12 + 15lbs
1x9 + 20lbs
Strict dumbell curl 1x11 @ 30lbs
Dumbell tricep extension 1x7 @ 36lbs
I'm liking working out everyday. Doing less exercises and lifting to failure focusing on a few key exercises per day

11lbs difference between the 2. Strength going up. Eating around maintenance or slightly below. Happy with progress so far
