I don't see what would make his quads the best ever. Maybe it was just the pictures I've seen and they were big but nothing seemed that good to me on them. If anyone has any pictures that could show why people say they were i would like to see them.

I was just joking with you. I think he probably didn't have the muscle maturity that let's say, a Platz had. One thing about many BB today is that they appear to get huge, but lack the ridiculous separation in the legs that Platz had. As John Parillo would attest, they need more fascial stretching I would surmise.

Quadzilla was the first guy to come along since Paltz to have that sort of leg size. It was the early 90's don't forget so try to find an early 90's bb'er who had legs/calves like his? No one else - look around.
Today, of course we have Branch, Mustafa, Paco etc etc but in the early 90's it was RARE!!!! And 80's bb'ers had weak wheels so Platz was a GOD.

branch warren doesn't belong in the same sentance with paul. or prest for that matter. pauls legs were massive. when he was in contest condition they were insane. he was no where near his maximum potential, either. yates' back was impressive, but not so far ahead of everyone like it's made out to be. it's more the thickness that was unreal. but if you don't think gaspari's conditioning was unbelievable you need to get your eyes checked. i think the only guy who was more shredded was andreas munzer.

2/11/2022 - We had Demayo at our gym back when he was in his prime. I assure his thighs were some of the biggest, baddest thighs of all time. 35 inches of shredded, striated, vascular hams is what we witnessed. You'd have to witness it live to appreciate the mass. I've seen photos that do him no justice. Peace....
