Yes, my biggest size one. The heavier the weight gets, the bigger the plug you have to use so it stays in with the increased pressure.

I squatted extra deep in training and then would cut them to a bit lower than depth for powerlifting meets. Meets are all about moving the most weight within the rules, and going deeper doesn't help that.

I did. I never trained on a mono-lift, so I could never comfortably use one in meets. Plus, I'm old school. Walking my squats out was a pride thing.PRs:
