    Unhappy Is this gynecomastia?

    Hello,

I'm 18 and trying to get into shape. However I started worrying as I'm not sure if what I'm experiencing is gynecomastia or just pseudogynecomastia. (Moobs that are caused by extra weight and not hormones.)

    Below is a photo.

If it is gyno, is there any way to get rid of it naturally?

If you want a proper diagnosis; see a physician. No doctor will perform a diagnosis of this kind over the internet; nor should you seek one from random forum members.

Your goal, regardless of possible gyno, is likely to add lean tissue and reduce body fat. Do that.
