Some of you my already know me from ErgoGenix. I was a rep for them for 2 years, but as of recent I decided to step down. So now I've decided to start a new journal.
Ok, I'm not going to bore you all with a long boring introduction. The program I run for the most is The Cube Method. So I have a Heavy Day, Rep Day, Speed Work and Accessory Day.

Well, I just want to say welcome to everyone who has joined my journal so far. My training time will switch from time to time, to morning training and night training. The night sessions are when I'm able to go with my wife. So as for squats this morning they went pretty good, legs do feel like jelly though lol. As for the True Grit Test Booster I just started it on Monday so I'm looking forward to seeing how well it does. Ok that's about all for now, I have accessory work tomorrow night.

Subbrd, still keeping my Promera log up as well Carl so check in there not my personal. Eventually I will start a new thread but for now to much good info in that journal to close it yet. By the way heavy work on rigid OHP has restarted just killed 185 easy and this week I expect to hit 195 again pretty happy with strength post show. Anyway looks like your back killing it. Overall a decent session today. As for supplements today, I had 2 scoops of True Grit Pre, True Grit Test Booster and ErgoAmino+. This being my second week taking the test booster not really much to report on so far.
