Ab workout beginner: how long before I can do 100 leg raises or 100 sit ups in 1 set? I do want to get back my four packs. (I don't think I have the DNA for 6 packs.) I am losing weight everyday in a realistic pace. Yesterday, I lost 0.4kg/0.88lbs. Today morning, I lost 0.3kg/0.66lbs. (Yeah, I am losing that much weight, not that much fat cells. And I am content with that. My goal is to lose 25lbs weight, not 25lbs fat cells.) I am not trying to get super bulky; I just want to build enough body to pass by in boxing gym.
Here's my workout everyday:
1. 22lbs dumbbells on each hand, raising to sides 8 times then raising to front 8 times.
2. Slow 12 dips (counting 6 while dipping, counting 6 while lifting, the whole dips take about 40~50 seconds I think).
3. Dip bar leg raises 25 times.
4. Fast 30 dips (also takes about 40~50 seconds).
5. 12 squats with 44lbs weight.
6. Half rep pull ups 12 times.
7. Row pulls 8 times each shoulder.
8. 35 leg raises.
9. 3 sets of 8 sit ups with 22lbs dumbbell.
10. 800 Jump ropes.
I do these 10 exercises everyday. I know people say it's better to overload your body 2~3 times a week then rest those body parts the other days, but I just prefer doing it this way. I feel better this way while losing weight. I am also on a diet and eating in calorie deficit, so I don't have too much energy to do more workouts.
I am OK with arms, shoulders, legs, but I am lacking in cardio, stamina, abs. Cardio and stamina isn't problem. If I still can't keep up at boxing gym, I will just do more jump ropes at home. I just started doing ab workouts. Since I am doing 3 sets of 8 sit ups with 22lbs dumbbell, how long would it take before I can do 100 leg raises or 100 sit ups in 1 set with no weight? My naked body photo is in the attachment in case you can't figure it out just from my routine. As for getting four packs, I know I have to lose bodyfat.

Yeah i am not overloading. I am mostly just maintaining while trying to increase my one set reps for my abs without overloading (i prefer doing it everyday while losing weight) as well as increasing cardio and stamina. Did 1600 jump ropes today. As for weighted sit ups, i guess i will do more sets starting tomorrow. I will aim for 10 sets eventually everyday.
