Both of these look good. Any recommendations on either of these benches or if there are other good adjustable benches.
I have an adjustable bench but it an upgrade is needed.

The Rogue Adjustable Bench 3.0 is a great bench, but the pad gap is pretty massive. For me, that's a deal breaker. The Rep AB-5200 isn't made as well, isn't as sturdy and is a bit more fiddly to adjust, but there's no pad gap and it is a nice bench overall. Between those 2, I would probably go with the Rep. Have a look at the Prime Fitness Adjustable Bench also. The Prime has a minimal pad gap, easy adjustment, is well made and has a cool attachment you can buy for doing curls as well. I believe the Rep is ~12" W vs ~10" W for the Prime. No right or wrong there, but most people have a preference.

How is the pad gap on the Rogue massive? The Rogue 3.0 says 1", I've had the Legend and CAP+ that were both around 1.5" and they were perfectly fine. Although with the Ironmaster it becomes a moot point being a complete zero gap bench, which is still my favorite out of all the ones I have used. However these days the cost has certainly ballooned, which IMHO has the CAP+ looking like a REALLY nice option @ $399 on Amazon.

I would go with the Rogue, much better quality when comparing these two benches. I remember reading on here that quite a few people had quality issues with the 5200, one that comes to mind is someone had a crooked seat that couldn't be straightened. I would spend the extra money and save yourself the aggravation.
As mentioned, Prime makes an excellent bench. https://primefitnessusa.com/product/bench/

I use decline for decline bench and situps. One of my favorite exercises for tris is close-grip decline. YMMV If you only want an FI bench, there are some great options on the used commercial market also, like the Cybex 5435 (considered by many to be the greatest FI bench of all time) or Magnum's FI bench.

If buying new and willing to drop the hefty coin on it, then I think you can't go wrong with the Rogue Adjustable 3.0 bench...if it's anywhere near as tank like as the previous 2.0 version (which I'm confident it is and then some), then you'd be well equipped with a nice number of bench angles for an FI bench and US made is on another level of quality.
I wouldn't hesitate to get the 3.0 if it wasn't for the increase in price and the fact that I have the previous 2.0 which is more than enough adjustable bench with it's tank like structure, decent angles and solid, dense pads...so in my particular case, why spend more and go through the motions of flipping and replacing an already solid bench?
As for FID benches, I have the IM Super Bench Pro with the decline/ab crunch attachment which is more than enough bench for decline in my opinion since I don't rotate decline in too often...decline pullovers are an extremely good and underrated exercise though.

Still my only bench, so glad I jumped on it at $319 with it now being upwards of $450. But I'll keep shouting praise for the CAP+ from the darkness, it might be the one purchase this year that makes me break my 'Made in USA' requirement, I need another FI bench now that my son lifts with me and for $379 it's impossible to beat that value with the rise in prices.

Same here, it's a whole lotta bench and especially before that price increase. It's my go to bench for DB incline press (I like setting it to 20° for that), also chest supported rows (been wanted to utilize my new revolver row handle for these) and seated DB press to name a few moves.
I typical use it 2-3 times a week.

Would this be important only for benching? In my case, i already have the rogue flat utility bench which I will likely also keep and leave it for when my kids bench press in the rack as they are not going heavy but likely will increase their strength over time
The FI bench would likely be only used with dumbbells as my primary workouts are revolved are dumbbells.

Yes now I see the rogue utility bench 2.0 has a 14 width. While I do have this it would be ideal not to have to move the bench every time but I will do it if this is the best for incline. Yet I will use the FI bench for nearly all other exercises. Do you see width being an issue for non flat bench exercises like shoulder press, incline bicep curls, incline dumbbell chest supported rows?

I have a 5200. When I got it seat pad wasn’t level, and one of the wheel bearings was damaged. They replaced both of them, and it is now 100%. I have no complaints about it now. I honestly don’t see how the 3.0 could be more solid.
When I bought my 5200 the 3.0 didn’t exist. The only reason I would choose the 3.0 is the made in the USA, and that would depend on budget. Rep’s customer service has always tried to make things right, while Rogue’s post-pandemic CS doesn’t seem to give a ****.

Opinions vary, but my Rogue Adjustable 2.0 Bench is more than good pressing from with its 11.25" width pad that it comes standard with like the 3.0 version.
A 12" width pad would be great on the Rogue, but I don't feel it's so critical that I'm missing anything not having the remaining 3/4" and it's my main bench that I use.
