There are many variations of the plank that can be done when practicing, one of which is the plank knees to elbow. This plank variation moves the knee close to the elbow. To do this, position yourself like a push-up, where your hands are shoulder-width apart. Then, push your knees toward your hands until they're near your elbows. After that, move your legs back to the starting position. Do it alternately between the right leg and left leg.
