I'm 16 years old and have been lifting for a few months, my diet consits mostly of meat and pasta, a lot of milk and also oatmeal, eggs.
I've purchased zinc and magnesium and was wondering if it's too high of a dose (25mg) and (230mg) or if i'll be fine?
