May I get advice please ?.
Looking to loose weight.....in particular the nutrition side of it (weight loss, and also inflammation, energy, healthy gut, etc).
In terms of smoothies. I have checked out a number of youtube videos, where people show their own various smoothies, with different ingredients.
Taking those videos, I've jotted down notes, and customized into the one smoothie. I have listed the ingredients below...I know, a quite a few ingredients, but some of the youtube videos also have many many ingredients, and I don't think the ingredients that I have thought of would 'clash' with each other. And, I don't care strictly about taste, more so the health and nutrition benefits, so would not add honey or stevia etc etc...
Can I ask, please, what everyone's thoughts are ? (including those ingredients that I may not have thought of) ?.

Nothing wrong with stevia, but that aside; what makes you think you even need a shake? More filling to eat your food, and that can help with hunger when trying to lose weight.

This is so unnecessary...
I mean why the heck do you have flax, chia, AND hempseeds in one smoothie? That makes no sense at all.
There's so much redundancy in the nutrients you're trying to get across the board.
I don't think i've ever made a smoothie with more than like 7 ingredients."When I die, I hope it's early in the morning so I don't have to go to work that day for no reason"
