Reducing the stench of your farts

Was wondering if anyone has suggestions for probiotics or maybe some dietary changes that would reduce the smell of your farts. I know that using protein powder contributes to smelly farts, but mine are like room clearing bad. Is there something I can eat or a supplement that I can take that'll reduce the smell/quantity of gas?

Might be easier if we saw what your entire diet is typically comprised of. For me, going over ~175g of protein in a day seems to make things worse.

Typical daily diet is protein shakes consisting of spinach/carrots/strawberries/chia seeds/orange juice/protein powder (whey), a bacon and egg sandwich, and a bunch of eggs.

Currently at around 150g of protein / day

A lot of carbs gives me gas the next morning. I can blow the horn for about 5-7 seconds if I had pizza for dinner the day before.

Could very well be the case. I used to feed my Labrador retriever puppy eggs with his food. He was an indoor dog. His flatulence increased linearly depending on his egg consumption.

Mainly sulfer-containing amino acids/proteins will cause smelly farts, in terms of supplements or protein-rich foods.

Not even kidding there have been times where I can hardly stand my own brand....

Like I get almost grossed out by myself, it's that bad. One of the reasons I don't do garlic and onions if I can help it.

I'm also curious about this protein shake using orange juice. What flavor protein powder? I'm assuming it tastes good since you're having a few a day.

My farts always smell worse when I'm backed up. Make sure you're drinking plenty of water and eating fruit for good chits.
