    ADVICE cutting bulking ?

    hello all
    i am 27 years old
    5.5 in height or 168 in cm
    150 pounds - 70 kg


    I am now in a dillema working out for 10 years yes i know... shame on me for these results but im finally making progress training very hard.
    Now my question is to you guys should i cut or bulk ?

    and one last question how are my genetics for muscle

    I would say cut > How ever I'm team lean

    Good base, good potential to get big.

    for years very dumb just doing whatever i like.

    You are the same height as me and I started at around 155 lbs. What I look like now is after a 20 lb drop of mostly fat. You look like you have enough muscle, so I'd say start cutting. Just go on a slow 250-500 calorie deficit, keep working out hard (I hope you're not neglecting legs), and make sure to get enough protein for muscle repair after the hard workouts. You need to make sure every workout makes your muscles (the good kind of) sore the following day. Don't make the mistake of overtraining.

    The rest is just trusting the process and a LOT of patience. It's all about sticking to the diet more so than the exact exercises in the gym, although I'd opt for doing mostly compound exercises to maximize muscle stimulation.

    My best results have been with my friend, Diana, and some branded Ephedra extract 25mg from one of the Pro stores. Take the EC with with CLA. Diana with vitamins several hours apart so you don't piss it out when the stimulants are in. I like 2-4 hours apart alternating the stims and the "booster" pills. I do this for the last 4-8 weeks of a 12-16 recomp cycle.
